Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026. "We", "us" and "Exposure" mean Renovait LLC, a Texas limited liability company, throughout.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
• Listings: your first name, city or school, photos of your space, the spots you mark, your answers about where it's seen, and any social accounts and follower counts you add.
• Mailing address: so brands can send stickers.
• Brands: brand name, website, logo and contact email.
• Scans: when someone scans a sticker's QR code we record the time and which sticker it was. We don't record who scanned it.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see full card or bank numbers. If you confirm your identity through Stripe, they handle your ID photo and we don't keep it.

Who sees what

• Everyone: your listing page, including your first name, city or school, photos, spots, prices, the social accounts you add and the estimated people a day.
• Only the brand you approve: your mailing address, for that one shipment.
• Never shown: your email address, your full address to anyone else, and your payment details.
• Our providers: Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (checking listing photos), and our email provider. They process data only to run Exposure.

We don't sell your personal information.

Photo checks

When you add a listing photo, we send it to Google's Gemini service to identify the item, measure it and check it's a straight-on photo. We use the result only for your listing.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open, and booking and payment records for as long as the law requires. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email hello@exposurespot.com.

Children

Exposure is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
