Terms of service

Last updated October 29, 2026. "We", "us" and "Exposure" mean Renovait LLC, a Texas limited liability company, throughout.

1. What Exposure is

Exposure is a marketplace. People who own a physical space, like a laptop lid, car door, shop counter or court fence ("owners"), list spots on it. Businesses ("brands") request those spots for a sticker or sign. We run the site, check listings and logos, and handle payments. We are not the owner or the brand in any booking, and we don't guarantee how many people will see a sticker.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One person, one account. You must give true information about yourself, your space and your business. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we may close accounts that give false information.

3. Owners

4. Brands

5. Payments and fees

Listing is free. Brands pay the monthly price shown for a spot, charged once the owner approves. Owners receive 85% of each payment; we keep 15%. Owner payouts are made monthly by bank transfer through our payment provider, after the install photo is in. We never ask owners to pay us anything, and we never send checks. If anyone asks you to send money back, it isn't us: report it to hello@exposurespot.com.

6. Cancellations and refunds

A brand can cancel a request any time before the owner approves it. After that, a booking runs for the months shown. If a sticker is never put up, comes down early, or is on the wrong spot, either side can report a problem from their dashboard and we'll decide on a fair outcome, which may include refunding the brand for affected months and holding the owner's payout.

7. Our role in disputes

We review reports from both sides and our decision on payouts and refunds within Exposure is final. We may remove listings, logos or accounts that break these terms.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos, logos and text. You let us show them on Exposure and in our marketing of your listing or campaign while it's on the site, and we may remove anything that breaks these terms.

9. Liability

Exposure is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damage to property from putting on or removing stickers, for anything brands or owners do, or for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from your bookings in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. Continuing to use Exposure means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
